Silver Refining Lot – Gross Ounces

As soon as your order is submitted and paid for, we will confirm it’s receipt. Our team immediately purchases your shipping label. When you receive your shipping number via email – this is a confirmation of your order placed. Please note, that your order will take 3-7 business days from the date of your shipping label being created for it to leave our processing facility. In most ocassions, we will ship your items sooner than this – but please note that your order could take up to 7 days to show as moving through the shipping network.

Credit card purchases are limited to $1000USD or less per order. We do this for your protection and ours. 

Any order over $1000 dollars will be through Bank Wire or Zelle. Instructions will be available upon checkout. 

*All credit card transactions come with a 3% processing fee. 

Our team will call you to confirm purchase if payment is being made over $1000 dollars. 

We ship ALL ORDERS through UPS with signature required. This is required 100% of the time. There are no exceptions to that rule.

Due to the nature of the products we sell, once an order has been processed and shipped/delivered we offer no refunds.

The weight displayed on our website serves as an estimate, derived from the average of similar previous orders we’ve fulfilled. This allows us to offer transparent and fair pricing reflective of typical results. However, due to the handmade nature of our production process, final weights can vary slightly, with a potential fluctuation ranging between 1 to 10 grams. This variance ensures that each item meets our high standards of quality while accommodating natural differences in crafting each piece.
