As soon as your order is submitted and paid for, we will confirm it’s receipt. Our team immediately purchases your shipping label. When you receive your shipping number via email – this is a confirmation of your order placed. Please note, that your order will take 3-7 business days from the date of your shipping label being created for it to leave our processing facility. In most ocassions, we will ship your items sooner than this – but please note that your order could take up to 7 days to show as moving through the shipping network.

Credit card purchases are limited to $1000USD or less per order. We do this for your protection and ours. 

Any order over $1000 dollars will be through Bank Wire or Zelle. Instructions will be available upon checkout.

We ship ALL ORDERS through UPS with signature required. This is required 100% of the time. There are no exceptions to that rule.

Due to the nature of the products we sell, once an order has been processed and shipped/delivered we offer no refunds.

However, due to the handmade nature of our production process, final weights can vary slightly, with a potential fluctuation ranging between 1 to 10 grams. This variance ensures that each item meets our high standards of quality while accommodating natural differences in crafting each piece.
