The top benefit of our Dealer Club is the ability to sell us your gold and silver at 100% of spot value. We believe this benefit far outpaces the cost of our monthly membership.
On this page we will post FAQs as questions are asked of us. You can also message at our Trading Desk profile via DM and we’ll answer all of your questions and trade requests.
Getting Started
- If you did not tell us what Dealer Groups you would like to participate in – please send us a DM to our trading desk about this.
We can invite you to any group you’d like to participate in. As a dealer you have access to all groups (public & private).
- Connect with our Trading Desk Profile.
This is your one-to-one line of communication to our internal team. We have various team members monitoring the DM channel there to initiate trades, answer questions, and communicate with you through a single channel. If you ever need to schedule a call with us – you can let us know and we’ll coordinate that with our success team.
- Join or create Groups that you’d like to participate in.
- Purchase some bullion. As part of your dealer membership – you also get access to our Gold Club product catalog. Bullion is priced at 1%-2% over spot which leaves plenty of room to resell to your customer base as well.
- If you have any custom jewelry requests, or Cuban Chain Link Manufacturing needs – shoot us a DM so that we can provide you a quote.
- Visit our Dealers Only product category for products not accessible to anyone else. These products come to you first, and are usually in limited quantity and supply.
Selling Gold
As a dealer, you have access to 100% spot value on your gold and silver lots. In an effort to make this as seemless and easy as possible, here are the steps to getting a lock-in price for your gold and silver lots.
- Connect with our Trading Desk profile.
- Once connected, send us a Direct Message stating that you have gold and/or silver to sell.
- If it is your first time selling gold to us – by law we are required to get AML paperwork filled out. We will send you a digital copy of our KYC (Know your Customer) documents that you can fill out and sign digitally. Once returned to us – we will DM you back letting you know that we may proceed with the purchase of your metal lot.
- Our team will ask you about quantities you are sending and lock in a spot price with you.
- Once your price has been locked – you will receive a packing slip through the DM that you can print out to include in your shipment.
- Once we receive your Gold and/or Silver our team will assay test the metal and send you a DM with confirmation.
- Any descrepencies can be communicated through DM, and if needed one of our customer care members will contact you via phone (if desired).
- We schedule same day wire payments for any lots approved by 3pm EST. If approvals comes later than that – we will schedule your payment for the following working business day.
Frequently Asked Questions
Technically no. Once you are approved as a dealer, you are free to manage your membership as you like. In order to get access to our shopping offers, and to sell your gold at 100% of spot, however, you must have an active membership at the time of the transaction.
You can self manage your membership in the My Account area.
Through our unique membership platform, and our minting capabilities, we are able to melt your metal lots and then offer it directly to our membership base at our 1%-2% premium. We consider this a win-win situation in that you get the absolutely most money for your Gold and Silver, our customers pay an extremely low premium for access to metals, and we generate recurring revenues through our memberships.
As a full scale metal refinery, we can also offer to you manufacturing services, jewelry services, and specifically Cuban Chain Link services.
